Chris did an amazing job on my WRX that I dropped off last weekend. Although the car is new(ish), Chris was able to make it look even better than when I picked it up from the dealership. I've received numerous comments regarding how pristine the vehicle's exterior looks, and the mirror effect (from the polish and coating) is absolutely stunning. Don't let the location of the shop fool you, Chris will exceed all expectations and make your car look better than ever, as he did with mine. I would highly recommend In Depth Detailing to anyone who wants to have their car look its absolute best and be taken care of by someone who is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions, even after the service has been performed. Chris took the time out of his day to explain to me exactly what he does as far as detailing goes and that he could refer me to other people if I needed anything done on my Volks wagon. I was very impressed that someone would take 30minutes out of their day to talk to me before they even received my business. We set up an appointment and he came out to my place, making it super convenient for myself, and spent hours working on the inside of my vehicle. When I saw the results my jaw just about dropped because I had never seen my Volks wagon so clean on the inside even when I bought it. This is my first detailing experience and I will continue to come back to Chris and recommend everyone I know to Chris because of the amazing service I was provided. Thanks Chris!

The lovely people at Indepth were charged with the difficult task of rehabilitating the minivan my children have used and abused for the last 8 years. My 4-year-old twins especially really did a number on the seats. Chris and Muriel worked hard at it for the better part of the day, and it's as good as new. I had tried to clean and shampoo things myself and never got anywhere close to what they were able to do. They also got a window clean where my son had "decorated" it with sunscreen, and I could never get it clean after that. They are very professional and really pleasant. I won't let 8 years go by again. They definitely have a customer for good. Their prices are more than fair, especially for what you're getting. I can't imagine getting a better value anywhere!

I had Rob polish and coat my truck, for the purpose of protection and paint durability. Honestly, I was a bit nervous, as I'm a bit OCD with my rig and I was unfamiliar with the chemicals they were recommending. I put my faith in them, and it paid off. Rob was extremely detail oriented and treated my rig with the utmost respect. He was helpful, knowledgable, and very comfortable with his tools and chemicals. Although I can't speak on durability yet (he only just finished) the truck looks better than new and I'm confident the paint is in a better condition now than when I picked it up from the showroom years ago. They've gained my trust and confidence in their business, and I highly recommend them. Polishing is an art form, and Rob will paint you a masterpiece.

Triple buffed YEARS off the look of my 18 YO Audi TT - I knew I would have a good experience bc Muriel did her magic on my husband's Titan last year. This year was my ScarleTT's turn. My 2000 TT looks dang near showroom perfect - Muriel buffed the heck out of all the swirls/scratches and filled in the dings w perfect color match. Muriel does far beyond a thorough clean/wax - she corrects problem spots/dings/chips, improves all the black plastic areas and takes years off your vehicle. Just clearly someone who loves what they do and takes pride in doing a great job. She notices/fixes things and "fusses" over your car long past what other detailers would be satisfied with. My TT is my daily year-round driver with >100K miles on it - she looks impossibly shiny, smooth and color rich.

We were getting ready for a family wedding and had a Slingshot that was going to be used IN the wedding and husband wanted it professionally detailed. Contacted Indepth and they were excited to do a detail on a slingshot (*think Batmobile lol) because they had never done one. They were willing to come out to the house for the detail vs having to go to their shop.
My husband was very happy and pleased with the end result and appreciated the detail they took on the car. We will recommend you guys for other people needing professional detailing. We appreciated their willingness to come out to our house and gave us a great deal too.
Thank you very much. It will be a wedding day to remember when the Bride & Groom drive off in the slingshot, aka Batmobile lol.

Took my just-purchased Mercedes SUV to Indepth for paint protection film (PPF) on just the front, a 5 year ceramic coating on the entire car, and tint to the front windows and back glass. They did an outstanding job, so much that I changed my mind and added a full hood plus A-pillar PPF, and additional rear window tint. The owner Chris, plus and Rob, Travis, and the rest of the crew were highly responsive, easy to work with, and did an wonderful job. Even though I spent a lot of money, they easily beat everyone else's quotes and threw in a couple bonus items. I even brought my old truck in for a ceramic coating because I was so pleased. They can practically customize almost any PPF and window tint to a customer's request and budget with a range of top quality products.

Chris, Adam, and his crew did an excellent job on my vehicle. They spent days, nights, and countless hours getting the PPF and ceramic coats perfect. Their level of attention to detail was like no other shop I’ve ever seen and they treated my car like it was their own. An absolute honor to have them work on my car and my trust in them handling such an expensive vehicle paid off. Awesome customer service and the car looks incredible. Thursday we signed up to have full PPF/ceramic on a new car, suppose to drop off in 2 weeks. About an hour later the car was hit by a plastic 4” wheel (lawnmower?) on Franklin Rd, resulting in damage to hood. My wife was a couple minutes away when it happened, and I told her to drive over to Indepth Detailing. Rob and Chris were great and wanted to fast track the job before we had the hood repaired. Dropped off yesterday and I’m writing this two days later. Job finished (except for hood) and it looks gorgeous. WOW. Insurance just scheduled estimate for Monday. Again, WOW, less than 2 days after the car was damaged it’s back in our garage and looks incredible. These guys are the best. 5+++ star service and installation.

As soon as I bought my Toyota GR-86, I had Indepth Detailing complete a full PPF wrap on it, so I don't end up with chipped paint. Everyone who lives in Southern Idaho knows that it's only a matter of time when the chip-sealing, or rock trucks, are going to cause rock chips on your paint. I'm not worried about that any longer. They did such a good job, you can barely tell it's on there. Better yet, a week after picking it up from Indepth, a rock hit my hood and did not pierce the protection! In fact, after a few days driving around in the heat, the film "healed" itself and the dent in the PPF was gone! When I wash it, everything come right off. I love this stuff and plan to have my other vehicle protected by them. Great folks to work with and a great price! Thanks guys!

I could not THANK Chris enough for how much he helped me on Sunday. I had an emergency cleaning that had to get done, in a panic I called Indepth Detailing and spoke with Chris. He was at my house within hours (did I mention it was a Sunday!?). Chris and Danielle were very personable and a pleasure to work with. During the whole process Chris took the time to explain much of the cleaning process to me. Even though this is something he does day in and day out he takes every car and treats it with just as much detail as the next. Chris is a great businessman and I would recommend him 100% to ALL my friends and family! I started my day very stressed and in a panic, but thanks to Chris and Danielle I went to bed that night without a worry! Thank you guys soooooooooooo much. I brought my 2002 Durango, by far beyond my expectations. They not only restored the complex green tone in my truck, where on some angles and light the green seems blackish. But also gave me tons of education on how to take care of the paint, how to use the two bucket technique to wash the car and many other ideas.
They went the extra mile and polished my headlights, they were very cloudy after 15 years of usage, certainly a great gesture that is rare to find nowadays.
At first when I googled the shop I was hesitant to call because I was afraid it was a shop for high end cars. Oh no, it is for everyone! I am so glad I called.
I will certainly now use this shop to keep my truck nice and shiny.

The professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail make this company. The owner and employees handled themselves in an admirable manner and surpassed my needs satisfaction. Bre's attention to detail made my rather dirtied and beat up Jeep feel as though I was driving directly off the lot so many years again. I've typically used just a regular old car wash; i needed to have my Ford Fiesta detail cleaned since I was trading it in for a new car. Super awesome job!!! The car looked amazing ended up getting more than asking price. They go the extra mile too cleaned off the engine block; it looked brand new from top to bottom. I purchased a Land Rover he told me about his coating-he created it and offers it for $200 (other guys upwards $1,000). This gives your car a lasting shine for up to five years; is resistant to water, salt, water spots will ensure you will have a shiny car. They did an excellent job again..I'd highly recommend them for a detail clean, coating or just a car wash. Call them today...

Muriel and her team were amazing! I had a car shipped from New York and it arrived covered in 2500 miles of road residue (not to mention the car above it had a slow oil leak)... Well the results were nothing short of miraculous. I had them put on their Ceramic Coating on the car, which is light years ahead of your normal "wax," plus they put on a special treatment for the windows. At the end of the day, after making my car beautiful, all I can say is the price is UNBELIEVABLE (They're doing stuff at a fraction of the price of everyone else in the valley). After what they did, the car went from being caked with dust, oil, and all manner of nastiness, to its current pristine show-room perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I can't speak for the others in the valley, but I have no reason to visit anyone else.

I came to the area from Houston to see my daughter. She is serving in the Air Force at Mountain Home AFB. Her car was in real need of a good detailing job. I had no idea who to turn to. After surfing the web for a bit, I came across Indepth Auto Detailing.
A quick phone call connected me with the owner, Chris Houston. I explained my situation. Chris told me that he is a Navy vet, that it would be his honor and privilege to take care of my daughter's car. "Come on in," he said. "I don't care what my work load is, I will take care of your daughter's car!'

When calling to get info on detailing my car I spoke with Mike. He was very helpful with all the info I required and couldn’t have been friendlier. He got me scheduled for an appointment and sent out reminders to make sure I didn’t forget.
Picking up my car I was very happy with the ceramic sealer they had applied. My car is only two years old but it glistened like I just drove it off the show room floor. I didn’t have the interior detailed but they do sell leather products for keeping my seats in top shape.
Everyone here was wonderful, helpful, they paid attention to detail and it showed in their quality of work. I highly recommend them and will return to purchase the leather products and have the ceramic coating applied again down the road when it is needed. Thanks for doing a great job !

I drive Uber and for the first time in 4 years someone threw up in my vehicle. I scrubbed with disinfectant, multipurpose cleaner, dishwasher soap, and then deep soaked with hot water and dryer with towels and the smell still was intense.
I talked with Chris at high end detailing. He was booked out the next for days but willing to offer his expertise for me to start cleaning from home and not only did he provide some self remedies, he sent over some cleaners I could buy locally for a reasonable price and how to use hot hot water, auto detailing shampoo, or IPA solution to clean surfaces. All in all, I will be using this companies services in the future and am thankful for the high quality customer service!

Amazing work by the guys here at Indepth detailing. I bought this 2024 Golf R with only 6k miles and the previous owner had absolutely trashed the paint. I took the car in for full paint correction and window tints.
I got the car back and it looked like a whole new car. Nearly all of the deep swirl marks and scratches were removed and the tints came out great as well!
The guys definitely know their stuff and took the time to explain every step of the process and had great communication while my car was in the shop. Above all they are car enthusiasts and take pride in what they do. They also threw a few extras in at no charge to me to make the car look even more stunning. Ill be returning for any of my future needs for sure.

Highly recommend this company if you want high quality service. These guys went out of their way to help my boyfriend and me when we had an unfortunate incident with some wet paint on i84. They didn’t try to take advantage of the situation but instead shared their knowledge with us so that we were able to fix it ourselves. They even offered us the use of their pressure washer which was above and beyond. I understand that their business is not geared toward this type of work but they did not hesitate to help us understand the claim process with ITD and helped us save some money in the process. I can’t say enough about them and would highly recommend them if you are looking for an upstanding company you can trust with your vehicle.

I took my 2023 Ford Expedition to Indepth Detailing to have a 5-Year ceramic coating done and it turned out incredible! They did the complete treatment, body, wheels and windows. The windows are so clear and bright and everything looks so clean and brilliant. Chris, Rob and the entire team did a beautiful job cleaning and preparing the surfaces and applying the protective ceramic coating. I recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma—only 10K miles on it—and while the paint looked great, I could feel some grittiness when I washed it and it just didn’t have that showroom shine. In Depth Detailing put a ceramic coating on it and I’m thrilled with the results—the shine is excellent and really makes the truck pop.
They also went the extra mile to remove some factory-installed PPF that had started to yellow; the adhesive was incredibly stubborn, but they took the time to get it all off cleanly. While they were at it, they debadged the truck and it looks super clean.
From start to finish, it was a great experience with excellent customer service—clear communication, careful workmanship, and pride in the final result. They even followed up afterward to see how I liked the result. I would absolutely take my car to them again.

Marty McFly just called and his Toyota is ready! I brought my truck in and got the windows tinted and had a ceramic coating applied. It's like they put my truck in a time machine, because when I picked it up, it looked 15 years newer than when I dropped it off. There was an issue with one of the window tints that was hard to notice until after I drove it. When I pointed it out they were super nice about it and took care of the issue like true professionals. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. If you're reading this, then don't get your loved ones another lame present this year - take their car or truck to InDepth Detailing and have the guys work their magic.

honestly wasn’t even planning on getting anything done here. I just stopped by In-Depth Detailing in Meridian to sell one of the guys a game console, and the whole crew was so cool I ended up hanging out and talking for a while. Turns out the owner and I are both vets, so we swapped a few stories and next thing I know they hooked me up with a full window tint.
No joke these guys are legit good people. Super friendly, no pressure, no sleazy sales stuff. They just treat you right.
The tint job itself is perfect. No bubbles, no purple tint, edges are clean as hell, and my car looks way better than it did before.
If you’re anywhere near Meridian or Boise and need detailing, tint, or anything car-related, just go here. You’ll get great work and you’ll actually enjoy dealing with them. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
